My education started in the 80's at Istituto Statale D'Arte in Venice, with studies in interior design and wood-crafting.  At that time, Venice was full of punks, rockers and sailors; walking around the city, you could find music, arts and zany people everywhere.  I will never forget that vibe - amazing and very inspiring.  I learned how to draw and design and gained some basic knowledge of wood.
I started working for a kitchen designer but was then called up for Army service.  Not the most ideal learning environment for a young designer but I started to understand certain things about organisation, team work and equipment.

At this time, the Venetian area was booming with production.  You could breath "can do" attitude. Manufacturing companies were born and growing like mushrooms; it appeared limitless.
I started working again for a furniture design company and then moved into furnishings for bars, restaurants and hotels, wanting to experience different dimensions of interiors and more technical knowledge.
I then made the decision to resume my studies at the Accademia di Belle Arti (Academy of Fine Arts) back in Venice.

In the mid-90's, I finished my studies of Scenography, travelled a little, then started my own company in Italy, designing and making interiors with a more experimental and artistic eye.  At this point, I introduced metals into my work; I love to work with wood but as a motorcycle enthusiast, I also have a bond and attraction to metal.  I had a lot of fun and success with both domestic and commercial projects.
I have always held a great respect for London Design and in 2005, I decided to move here and bring my knowledge and experience to this city.  Here, I have continued to work on many residential and commercial projects, further developing my creative and technical skills.
Since my first interior made it in 1985, I still love my job.
